The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the suit in O.S.No.1559 of 1983 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Poonamallee itself was disposed of. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the Civil Revision Petition.

2.In view of the representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
