Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to permit the petitioner to pay the Additional Security Deposit of Rs.1,39,53,893/- alone in 6 equal monthly instalments, along with the regular current consumption charges.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction for the payment of additional security deposit of Rs.1,39,53,893/- in six equal installments along with the regular current consumption charges.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner refers to and relies upon earlier order dated 19.05.2025 in this connection.

3. Mr.L.Jaivenkatesh, learned Standing Counsel, accepts notice for the respondents.

4. The petitioner has placed on record earlier order dated 19.05.2025 permitting the payment of additional security deposit in six equal monthly installments. Likewise, in this case, the petitioner is permitted to pay the additional security deposit of Rs.1,39,53,893/- in six equal monthly

installments. The first installment shall be paid on or before 01.07.2025 and the subsequent installments shall be paid on or before the first of each succeeding month over the next five months. In the event of default, the petitioner shall lose the benefit of this order and the respondents shall be at liberty to initiate appropriate legal proceedings in respect thereof.
