ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the third respondent to consider the representation dated 20.12.2023 seeking re-fixation of staff strength in the middle section of the petitioner school (Standards 6 to 8) forthwith and till revised orders are passed by the third respondent, not to deploy teachers from the petitioner school.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 20.12.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this

order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
