ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 08.02.2022 made in W.P.No.22468 of 2018.

2. Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.U.M.Ravichandran, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has submitted that the orders of this Court has been complied with. In support of his contention, he has produced the copy of the order of the respondent dated 03.10.2022, wherein and where under the application submitted by the petitioner having been considered was rejected. Therefore, the learned Special Government Pleader wants this contempt petition to be closed after recording this compliance.

3. In view of the said compliance made by the respondent, this Court feels that no further persuasive action is required in this contempt petition. Accordingly, it is liable to be closed, hence it is closed. 2 / 4

Pursuant to the notice issued to the respondent for personal appearance before this Court, Dr.Elavarasi, The Superintendent of Hospital, District Headquarters Government Hospital, Mettur Dam, Salem - 636 402 appeared before this Court and her appearance is noted and in view of the closing of this contempt petition, her future appearance is dispensed with.
