This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus seeking direction to the first respondent to defreeze the petitioner's bank account bearing Account No.4406135000000214 by issuing necessary directions to the second respondent Bank.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent- Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent-Police submitted that the first respondent-Police had already sent a notice under Section 94 of BNSS to the second respondent to de-freeze the petitioner's account and he has also produced the copy of the same.
