(Order of the Court was made by L.Victoria Gowri J.) This is a petition filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 05.5.2026 so as not to put up a new petrol pump at Survey No.49/1A2 in Ponnivadi Village, Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur District.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

3. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.5.2026 after putting the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5 on notice and pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
