ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose of his representation dated 23.09.2014 seeking to correct the date of appointment in his Service Record.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the date of appointment of the petitioner was corrected in his service register. Hence, the learned counsel submitted that the writ petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

approach the authority concerned for appropriate relief. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is granted and this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
