2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard Mr.V.Manoharan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, on 9/2/2022, Government has issued G.O.Ms.No.13, dated 23/1/2023. Copy of the G.O., was produced before this Court. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
