This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for contempt of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.3373 of 2023 dated 14.02.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, investigation in this case is completed and final report is filed. The case was taken in C.C.No.78 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chidambaram.
