This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 20.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.17350 of 2020, thereby directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.09.2021 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent passed an order dated 05.09.2023, thereby rejected the request made by the petitioner.
