O R D E R

The Contempt Petition has been filed for punishing the respondents for having not obeyed the orders of this Court dated 03.11.2022 in W.P.No.28444 of 2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Respondents has submitted that pursuant to the direction issued by this Court, the respondents / contemnors have passed final orders and he has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 25.04.2024, before this Court in proof of compliance of the orders of this Court dated 03.11.2022.

3. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is needless to state that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 25.04.2024, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law, if so advised. The Contemnors are discharged from the contempt proceedings. No costs. 2/4
