ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to file final report as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Ponnamalee on 28.12.2020

2. The contention of the petitioner is that on 28.12.2020, the Judicial Magistrate - I, Poonamallee has passed an order directing the first respondent police to register the First Information Report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C. But, the respondent police has not acted as per the direction of the Court below. Hence the above petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that in this case, First Information report has been registered in Crime No.645 of 2021 for the offences under Section 406, 420, 506 (i) IPC.

4. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
