Prayer in CRP.No.861 of 2006: Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 115 of C.P.C., to set aside the fair and decreetal orders dated 27/12/2004 allowing the counter claim in R.A.No.1 of 1988 on the file of the Rent Tribunal and Principal District Munsif's Court, Coimbatore, preferred against the orders dated 28/12/1987 in F.R.P.No.

1 of 1984 on the file of the Special Deputy Collector (Revenue Court), Coimbatore. For Petitioner in both CRPs :Mr.A.Palaniappan C O M M O N O R D E R Today, when the Civil Revision Petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petitions.
