Prayer in WP.No.33585 of 2014: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.842/2013/A3 dated .12.2014 quash the same and direct the first respondent to restore the petitioner as President of the Neelambur Panchayat with all consequential benefits.

ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.According to the petitioner, the tenure of the petitioner as President of the Nelambur Panchayat was expired in the year 2016. The first respondent has passed impunged order removing the petitioner from the post of Panchayat President in the year 2014, which was the subject matter of challenge in this Writ Petition.
3. Now the learned counsel for the respondents has stated that since the petitioner's tenure as President of the Neelambur Panchayat was completed in the year 2016, the issue involved in this Writ Petition does not require any further adjudication and the same has become infructuous.
4. Recording the aforesaid statement, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
5. In view of the order passed in the Writ Petition, the Cont.P.No.186 of 2015 is closed. The implead petition in MP.1 of 2015 is not necessary and therefore, the same is also closed.
