This Civil Revision Petition arises against the judgment and decree passed on the grounds in allowing the R.C.A.No.14 of 2012 dated 11.08.2014 by the Learned VIII Judge, Rent Control Appellate Authority, Small Causes Court, Chennai confirming the order passed in R.C.O.P. No.751 of 2010 dated 02.12.2011 by the learned XII Judge, Rent Controller, Small Causes Court, Chennai.

2. When the case was listed on 15.02.2022, there was no representation made on the side of the petitioner and this Court, passed an order directing the Registry to list the matter on 22.02.2022, under the caption "for dismissal". The learned counsel for the first respondent is present.

3. Even today, i.e.22.02.2022, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.(NPD).No.4421 of 2014 stands Dismissed for non-prosecution. However, Page No.2 of 4

there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
