This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to amend the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagapattinam instead of Judicial Magistreate No.II, Mayiladuthurai in the order copy and petition in Crl.O.P.No.11645 of 2023. 2.Mr.S.Balaji, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition. 3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the averments made in the petition filed in support of his claim and also in view of the no objection of the learned learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the above captioned Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for. For complying the said order time is extended by two weeks from today.
