(Made by Huluvadi G.Ramesh,J) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the sale notice has become infructuous and therefore, sought leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to challenge the sale notice issued by the first respondent, if any, in future. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the sale notice, if any issued by the first respondent. Consequently, WMP Nos.19836 and 19837 of 2016 are also dismissed.
