Prayer:- Civil Revision Petitions filed Under Section 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the 1st Respondent herein to take up the Petition to condone the delay in filing the Petition to amend the award, in D.R. No. 7911 of 2013 in Case No. M&SEFC/CBER/1/2012 and D.R. No. 7912 of 2013 in Case No. M&SEFC/CBER/10/2012 on the file of the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council, Coimbatore Region, Chennai as the most urgent one for hearing and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.

For Petitioners : Mr.P.M.Duraiswamy For Respondents : No Appearance C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioner filed interlocutory applications before the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council, Coimbatore Region, Chennai, in the Award dated 30 November 2012 in Case Nos.M&SEFC/CBER/1/2012 and M&SEFC/CBER/10/2012 seeking condonation of delay in filing a petition to amend the Award. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the applications were not taken up by the Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council, Coimbatore Region. The petitioner is therefore, before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. None appears on behalf of the respondents.

3. Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council, Coimbatore Region, is directed to take up the application filed by the petitioner in D.R. No. 7911 of 2013 in Case No. M&SEFC/CBER/1/2012 and D.R. No. 7912 of 2013 in Case No. M&SEFC/CBER/10/2012 and dispose of the same on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
