When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.M.B.Mushtaque Ahamed, learned counsel submitted that the Respondent has already filed Caveat Petition and the Caveat Petition is also numbered. But he is not able to give the number of the Caveat Petition.

However, he prayed time to produce the typed set of papers and counter.

2.At the request of the learned counsel for the Respondent, post the matter on 01.11.2021.

3.The trial Court is directed not to proceed with the Contempt Petition till 01.11.2021.
