PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.104/2021 on his file to file a final report before the appropriate Court in accordance with law and fix the time frame in stipulated time. ORDER

The petitioner defacto complainant had lodged a complaint on 31.03.2021 and a case in Crime No.104 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 406, 420, 465, & 468 IPC and investigation commenced. This petition has been filed to complete the investigation and file a final report within the stipulated period.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that in this case, the accused Citibabu arrested on 07.07.2021 and he had given confession demanding huge sums of money and certain documents have been recovered. The case is one of creation of forged appointment orders, etc., which has to be compared with the standard document. Thereafter, both documents have to be forwarded to the Forensic Expert and obtained report. It will take some time and for the involvement of the other agencies of the investigation, time cannot be fixed and the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

police will take all steps to complete the investigation within a reasonable time.
