2.It is noticed that the petitioner has an alternate remedy under Section 153 of the Tamilnadu Cooperative Society Act, 1983. As a matter of fact, the Full bench of this Court in the case of K.Marappan Vs. The Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies and another has also held that no writ petition is maintainable.

3.Considering the same, this writ petition is disposed by giving liberty to the petitioner to exhaust the alternate remedy before the 2nd respondent Registrar in terms of 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 by filing appropriate application/petition within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If such an application/petition is filed within the aforesaid time, the 2nd respondent may consider the case of the petitioner on merits and dispose the same in accordance with law. No costs.
