This petition is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased third appellant and rank them as appellants 10 to 13 in the second appeal.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is allowed. 3.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Second Appeal No.590 of 2008.
