Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the representation, dated 03.11.2015, sent by the 1st petitioner to the 3rd respondent and representation, dated 09.10.2015, given by the petitioners to the 4th respondent and consequently, to direct the respondents to prepare a promotional panel in the cadre of Assistant Commissioner (Class XXV) by duly including all 9 posts in the Revenue Administration Department, Prohibition and Excise Department and Tamil Nadu State Disaster Management Agency and pass such further orders as this Court may deem fit in the light of the facts and circumstances of the present case.
