Though the captioned Habeas Corpus Petition was disposed of on 30.06.2023, pursuant to our directions to list the matter under the cause list caption 'FOR REPORT', the matter is listed today.

2. Adverting to our earlier orders dated 30.06.2023 and 17.07.2023, Mr.M.John Kennedy, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned State Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents submitted in one voice that the absentee was since produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate on 17.07.2023. Status report and statements were also placed before us. Learned counsel for HCP petitioner submitted that anxiety has been doused.

3. Recording the stated position of both sides, we deem it appropriate to say that the Registry need not list the captioned Habeas Corpus Petition any further.
