ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2026 and permit him to participate in the peace committee meeting, which is scheduled to be conducted on 15.05.2026, pursuant to the order passed in W.P.(Crl).No.1014 of 2026 dated 07.05.2026, this writ petition is filed.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the Dharma Karta / Administrator of Arulmigu Sri Veda Mariamman Thirukoil, situated at Ariyagoundanur, Thethigiripatti Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District. However, a peace committee meeting is scheduled to be conducted without his participation. In view of the same, the petitioner made a representation dated 09.05.2026 to the respondents 1 to 4 and the same needs to be considered.

3.Considering the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to issue notice to the petitioner as well as to the 5th respondent and facilitate them to participate in the peace committee meeting, which is scheduled to be conducted on 15.05.2026.
