ORDER

The relief sought in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to pay the retirement service benefits including monthly pension to the petitioner with interest for the delayed payment.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is no more and hence, the writ petition may be closed, with liberty to the legal heirs of the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for any other relief.

3.Granting such liberty, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
