1, Unnamalai Nilayam to the petitioner and his family members from 28/11/2020 to 30/11/2020 for which dates the petitioner had sent advance notice dt 14/09/2020 about his proposed stay as per the terms of the order of Allottment dt 01/12/2008 (CMP.12750/2020) pending disposal of the SA. No.849/2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.K.SRIRAM, FOR M/S.A.S.KAILASAM AND ASOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st respondent / appellant to allot the Cottage Kudil No.1 named Unnamalai Nilayam to the petitioner and his family members between 28.11.2020 and 30.11.

2020 for them to stay and participate only in the Karthigai Deepam festival at the Annamalaiyar Temple, Thiruvannamalai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

2. In view of the pandemic, the authorities have decided not to permit the devotees to participate in the Karthigai Deepam festival. Hence, this petition does not have any purpose for the present. Therefore, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to renew during next Karthigai Deepam festival.
