CMP.No.19038 of 2021 has been filed to condone the delay of 4756 days in filing the petition to set aside;

CMP.No.19040 of 2021 has been field to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant in the above Second Appeal; CMP.No.19041 of 2021 has been filed to bring on record the appellants 2 to 10 herein as legal representatives of sole appellant and rank them as appellants 2 to 10 in the above Second Appeal.

2.Learned counsel for the second respondent has got no serious objections in allowing these petitions.

3.On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed on payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- to the Legal Aid Services Authority.

4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and list the matter on 19.01.2022 "for Reporting Payment".
