Comp. A.No.407 of 2023 in C.P.No.123 of 2016 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., This Company Application has been filed to condone the delay of 83 days in filing the Form No.66 before the Office of the respondent.
2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application.
3. The learned Official Liquidator would submit that only a sum of Rs.65,277/- is lying to the credit of the Company under liquidation. The said statement is recorded.
4. Since the applicant has given sufficient reasons for condoning the delay of 83 days, this Court is allowing this application. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.
