ORDER
The Tahsildar, Mohanur Taluk, Namakkal District is suomotu impleaded as the fifth respondent in this Writ Petition. 2.
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 15.07.2020 and to conduct a survey in the subject property and issue patta in the name of the petitioner.

Mr.M.Manigopi, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and 5 submitted that the application submitted by the petitioner has been transferred to the file of the fifth respondent and the fifth respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on 24.12.2020 at 4.00 p.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the fifth respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the fifth respondent to conduct the enquiry after affording opportunity to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
