KRITIKA KAMAL P, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) [FOR R-2] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Today the matter is listed under the caption " For Modification".

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/defacto complainant.

3.On being satisfied with the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner/defacto complainant, the earlier order of this Court dated 10.10.2017 shall stand modified to the effect that the personal appearance of the petitioner/third accused shall be dispensed with on such hearings where his personal appearance is not required by the Court. However, the third accused shall appear before the Court concerned on such hearings where his personal appearance may be required for the purpose of conducting trial.
