ORDER
The writ petitioner was employed in Anna University. He was compulsorily retired vide order dated 23.05.2025. Challenging the same, the writ petitioner had moved the Honourable Chancellor. The appeal is still pending.
2. Meanwhile, the employer has directed the petitioner to vacate the quarters. The petitioner's children are presently studying in the Anna University itself. Taking into account the said facts and circumstances, and the conditions while sustaining the impugned order, eight weeks time is granted to the petitioner to vacate the quarters. The petitioner has to file an affidavit of undertaking before the second respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner fails to do so, the above order would stand dismissed as default.
