2. On 12.09.2019, when these Civil Revision Petitions came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has requested adjournment for arguing the matter. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter today under the caption "For both side arguments" or "For dismissal".

3. Even though these matters are posted today (23.09.2019) for dismissal, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner in both Civil Revision Petitions.
