The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that as per the oral direction of this Court, the revision petitioner/tenant has vacated the premises of the landlord/deceased Mohammed Yasin.

2. In view of the submission made by the petitioner's counsel, nothing survives in the present Civil Revision Petition for further adjudication and therefore, the same is dismissed as infructuous by this Court. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
