2. The wife seeks transfer of IDOP.No.144 of 2021 from the file of Principal District Court, Tiruchirapalli to the file of the Family Court, Ariyalur. Transfer is sought for merely on the ground of convenience of wife, who is a resident of Kallanthur Thandalai, Ariyalur District.

3. Considering the convenience of wife, the distance between Ariyalur and Mannachanallur, where the husband resides, the IDOP.No.144 of 2021 on the file of Principal District Court, Tiruchirapalli is withdrawn and transferred to the Family Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Ariyalur to be tried and disposed of in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
