The petitioners herein apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 468, 471, 420, 506(i) 1/3

of I.P.C, in Crime No.829 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, investigation in crime No.829 of 2023 has been conducted and the final report is filed to drop the further action and there is no apprehension of arrest.
