The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the Judgment Debtor had deposited the entire amount of Rs.2,40,733/- to the credit of E.P.No.227 of 2012 in O.S.No.49 of 2011 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Neyveli.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/Decree Holder also submitted that the petitioner had deposited the entire amount.
