This application has been filed by the applicants /petitioners to permit the petitioner to amend the following details: (i) the shares value as Rs.2,28,330/- instead of Rs.2,26,330/- in the schedule column S.No.1 and 2 of the clean copy of main O.P. (ii) the total value of shares as Rs.4,56,660/- instead of Rs.4,56,600/- in the schedule of the clean copy and original of main O.P. and (iii) the total value of shares as Rs.4,56,660/- instead of Rs.4,56,600/- in the para 12 of the original and clean copy of the main O.P.

2. The learned counsel for the applicants / petitioners submitted that since the share values were not properly given to them; they could not give the exact particulars in the schedule. jrs 3.Since the Succession Certificate given to the petitioners cannot be of any help unless the right value of the share is mentioned, I feel in the interest of justice this application should be allowed to carry out the necessary amendments subject to the condition that the petitioners shall bear the additional stamp duty, if any.
