O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for the issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated on 19.10.2020 for the post of Noon-meal organizer at the Panchayat Union School at Panaiyangal Village, Thiyagadurgam, Kallakurichi District under the Disability Quota.

2. The petitioner states that he had participated in the interview dated 08.10.2020 at 08:30 a.m. at Thiyagadurgam Union Office and submitted original certificates and relevant documents before the authorities under the disability quota. He further submits that he is the only one participant under the disability quota and interview was conducted on 08.10.2023 at the office of the 2nd respondent. Thereafter, the 2nd respondent has advised the petitioner to wait for the appointment order. However, no order has been passed. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation on 19.10.2020 along with the relevant documents with the interview letter to the 1st respondent.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.10.2020 and dispose the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
