While disposing of this Civil Revision Petition on 15.10.2019, this Court directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.348 of 2018 as early as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. http://www.judis.nic.in

2. This Court has received a letter dated 06.08.2020 from the learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram, seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 15.10.2019 passed in the above Civil Revision Petition. The learned Judge has expressed certain genuine difficulties for not complying with the orders of this Court within time.

3. Therefore, time is extended by six months from today to comply with the order dated 15.10.2019 passed by this Court in the above Civil Revision Petition.
