The petitioner has given a representation dated 21.05.2025 to the 3rd respondent herein, requesting for grant of 15 days leave to her brother, namely Arivu @ Arivazhagan , S/o.Kathirvel, aged about 49 years, PID No.650518, who is a convict prisoner confined in Central Prison, Trichy. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 2/4

3.Since the detenue has been released on 10.06.2025 as per the order of this Court in H.C.P.No.521 of 2025 dated 09.06.2025, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed.
