This application has been filed seeking an order of re-fund of Court fee paid in the appeal.

2. The Division Bench while passing order on 06.09.2019 itself has observed as follows:- It is needless to mention that the appellants are entitled for refund of Court fee paid in this appeal as per Law.

3. In view of the same, we do not seen any necessity for any order in this petition. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
