2. On 16.09.2019, when the Civil Revision Petition came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner present and submitted that no instructions from the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list and also directed the Registry to list the matter today, under the caption "For dismissal".

3. Even though the matter is posted today (18.09.2019) for dismissal, neither the petitioner nor his counsel is present.
