ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the II Additional District Court, Salem, to expedite the trial in OS.No.328 of 2018 and dispose of the same.

2. The petitioners herein filed a suit for partition. Having regard to the fact that the prayer in the Civil Revision Petition is only for a direction to the Court below to expedite the trial, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Revision, even if notice is not served on the respondents 1 to 3. 2/4

3. In view of the fact that the suit is of the year 2018, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
