ORDER

This petition has been filed to extend the time for complying the condition of depositing 20 % of the cheque amount passed by the IV Additional District Judge, Udumalpet in MP.No.1 of 2026 in C.A.No.30 of 2026 dated 02.04.2026.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and one month time is extended to the petitioner to comply with the condition as ordered by the trial court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready. 14-05-2026 nr Note:
