O R D E R This application has been filed to pass an order of appointment of Mr.S.Muthupatta Raja, Manager (Legal) Chennai of the applicant company as receiver to seize the vehicle more particularly described in the schedule to the judges summons wherever stationed in the premises of the respondent or wherever it is found and with whomsoever it is found with powers to breakdown the premises and grant permission to the receiver to obtain police aid from the concerned police officer.

2. By order dated 06.08.2019, this Court had appointed one Mr.S.Muthupattaraja, Manager as Receiver to seize and possess the vehicle, which is morefully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons.

3. Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the vehicle could not be secured and sought for extension of time for execution of order by the Receiver and submitted that further time of three weeks may be granted to repossess the vehicle. Accordingly, time is extended finally for a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the Order granting power to repossess the vehicle shall automatically

stand cancelled.
