ORDER

Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the first respondent and Mr.V.Manoharan, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the second respondent.

2. This Writ Petition is disposed by dispensing the notice on the third respondent considering the fact that the petitioner has filed this writ petition only for a direction to the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 27.07.2021 of the petitioner.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the third respondent working as a O.H.T Operator though he has 60 years as of 2019. The petitioner appears to have made out a case for disposal of the representation which is pending before the first and second respondent.

4. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 27.07.2021 of the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Before passing such orders, it is needless to state that appropriate notice may also be issued to the third respondent.

5. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
