This civil revision petition is directed against the order dated 17.08.2012 passed by the Learned X Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, in EA.No.1271 of 2012 in EP No.1826 of 2006 in O.S.No.15116 of 1996.

2. The civil revision petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.15116 of 1996. The suit was filed against the respondent and four others for recovery of Gold jewels and silver articles and money.

The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent have submitted that the matter was amicably settled between the parties and a memorandum of compromise to that effect, duly signed by them is filed before this Court.
