This Court by an Order dated 13.04.2022 directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.01.20214 and 25.02.2014.

2. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that no such representation of the petitioner is pending before the respondents and if a fresh representation is given, the same will be considered by the respondents.

3. Hence, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the respondents within a period of fifteen days and on such representation being made, the respondents shall consider the same within a period of one month thereafter.
