Respondents This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to implement the G.O.Ms.No.144, dated 20.11.2012 (Commercial Taxes and Registration Department) by handing over the donated land in old Survey No.56/8 and New Survey No.56/8B to the 4th respondent and further direct the 4th respondent herein to commence the construction without any further delay.
